BAKED CHICKEN OR TURKEY SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 c. cooked minute rice
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese
3 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Toss and put into casserole dish. Spread cheese and chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
