CRUSTLESS CHICKEN QUICHE 
3 c. cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked, boned, skinned
2/3 c. onion, saute in butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, thawed
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. bisquick
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme

In a 10 inch pie pan, greased. Spread cooked chicken and broccoli, and 1/2 of cheese. Add onion. In a blender, mix eggs, milk, bisquick, pepper and thyme. Pour over chicken mixture. Add other half of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Let set 15 minutes before cutting. Serve with cranberry sauce or fresh fruit. Serves 6 to 8.
