TOMATO ASPIC A LA ROSES 
Hot vegetable juice
Salt, pepper, Tabasco, wine
Worcestershire
Unflavored gelatin
Olive oil
Minced celery
Grated onion
Pressed garlic

Mix all together. Pour into greased molds (muffin tins). Chill. Serve on lettuce leaf with anchovy, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced chives and parsley sauce. Cucumbers grated is good in sauce or use cucumber as a garnish.
