TOMATO SHRIMP ASPIC 
1 c. hot water
2 sm. pkg. lemon gelatin
3 c. tomato juice
1 c. whole shrimp
1 c. shrimp pieces
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 sm. green pepper, finely chopped

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add tomato juice; chill until mixture begins to thicken. Add remaining ingredients; chill until firm. Serves 6.
