1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Nonsuch mincemeat

Mix sugar and Crisco. Add eggs. Beat until smooth. Combine dry ingredients with cream mixture gradually. Stir in mincemeat. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
