HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cut up cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. toasted almonds, optional
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 hard cooked eggs, cut in large chunks
1 sm. can Chinese noodles

Mix all together and place in greased casserole. Bake 30 minutes not longer, noodles will burn.
