CRAB CAKES 
1 can crab & juice
1 c. bread crumbs (4 sl. bread, crusts removed, cubed in sm. cubes)
Med. scallion, minced
2 tbsp. green pepper, sliced in sm. pieces
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt, if needed

If too moist, add canned bread crumbs until easily shaped. Shape into cakes. Coat with corn flake crumbs and fry in hot fat.
