TINY CRAB CAKES 
2 c. fresh crabmeat
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dried jalapeno peppers
3 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 egg
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. cilantro
1 c. bread crumbs
Cilantro (for garnish)

SAUCE:

1 jar Heinz chili sauce
Horseradish
Mayonnaise
Lemon

Pick through the crab. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into patties. Saute in butter 7 minutes on each side over medium heat. Serve with chopped cilantro on top and dipping sauce on the side.
