STUFFED CRABS 
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 lb. butter or 1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. crabmeat (about 10 crabs)
Salt and black pepper
Red pepper
1/2 c. green onion tops, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 stale hamburger buns or 6 slice stale bread
1 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs

Saute onion, celery, pepper and garlic in oil until wilted. Add Worcestershire sauce, crabmeat and salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add onion tops and parsley. Add bread which has been soaked in milk and eggs; mix well. This fills 12 shells. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes or until well browned at 375 degrees.
