SWEET AND SOUR BRISKET 
7-10 lb. brisket
2 onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
Ground pepper

Place brisket on sliced onions and garlic. Mix other ingredients together and pour over the brisket. Cover and roast in 350 degree oven until tender, approximately 4 hours.
