BRISKET (Pass) 
Brisket
Garlic, minced
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Onion, lg.
Ketchup
Oregano
Red wine

Brown meat in dry pan, both sides fast. Sprinkle garlic, salt and pepper on meat. Lower flame and cut in onion all around. Turn and repeat on other side. Shake and spread ketchup on top of meat and turn over to other side.

Cook on low for 1 hour, covered. Add 1/4 teaspoon of oregano around edges. Cook 15 minutes more. Add 1/2 cup of red wine. Cook 45 minutes more. Turn meat throughout cooking time.
