RHUBARB CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix (without pudding)
4 c. raw rhubarb, cut up
1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. unwhipped whipping cream

Mix batter as directed on box. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle rhubarb on batter. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Pour cream over the top. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cake will be moist on top. Cool; serve pieces upside down with Cool Whip, if desired. Do not under bake.
