RHUBARB CAKE 
5 c. finely chopped rhubarb
4 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix (without pudding)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Pour rhubarb into bottom of greased cake pan (9 x 13 inch). Layer marshmallows next, then brown sugar. Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Pour over first ingredients in pan. Let stand 5 minutes so cake batter can settle to bottom of pan.

Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or frozen vanilla yogurt.
