CRANBERRY BANANA NUTBREAD 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. orange rind
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cranberries, fresh or frozen, chopped lightly

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Generously grease and lightly flour a bread loaf pan. Cream in large bowl, butter, sugar, egg, salt and cinnamon. Add sifted flour, baking powder, walnuts, orange rind and bananas. Gradually add milk, then add cranberries. Place in loaf pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
