1 bottle Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar peach preserves

Mix all ingredients together and pour over skinned chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, uncovered. Excellent served over rice.
