LADYFINGER COFFEE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs
Salt (pinch)
1/4 c. cold coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 dozen ladyfingers

Cream sugar and shortening together. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add salt, coffee and vanilla. Pour over ladyfingers in a flat casserole or cake pan. Chill in refrigerator. Serve small amount with ice cream. Tasty and Fattening!
