LADYFINGER CHEESE CAKE | |
4 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened 2 c. sugar 2 small cartons heavy cream 4 pkg. (12 count) ladyfingers topping of your choice Line spring-form pan with ladyfingers on sides and bottom of pan, filling in bottom as much as possible (OK to add smaller pieces to fill in). Beat the cream cheese with the sugar and heavy cream until very creamy with an electric mixer. Fill pan with layer of cream cheese mixture and a layer of ladyfingers. Repeat until full. Top with your favorite topping and refrigerate. (Any leftover ladyfingers and mixture, make sandwiches and refrigerate.) |
