1 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed of visible fat & cut crosswise in 4 pieces
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c. pkgd. seasoned bread crumbs
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Lightly coat with vegetable cooking spray. Dip pork in yogurt (spread with fingers or spatula), then in crumbs to coat. Arrange on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 40 minutes or until pork is tender when pierced and crumbs look dry and lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.
