BAKED CORN IN SOUR CREAM 
6 slices bacon
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream

Cut bacon in small pieces and fry. Drain on paper towel and set aside. Saute onions in butter, blend in flour and salt. Gradually add sour cream, stirring until mixture is smooth.
