LEMON CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1 egg
3 tbsp. real lemon juice
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 c. unsifted flour
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter

Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon. Combine flour, paprika and garlic powder in separate bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in flour mixture. Melt butter in skillet. Make broth from bouillon cubes and water. Brown chicken in broth and remaining lemon. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
