PASTEL MINT DESSERT | |
32 chocolate sandwich cookies 1 pt. heavy cream 1 c. Pastel after dinner mints 2 c. miniature Pastel marshmallows Crush cookies and put half in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Whip cream, add mints and marshmallows, folding in carefully. Spread over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs patting lightly to press into cream filling. Refrigerate 2 or 3 days to mellow. May be frozen after mellowing period. |
