MOM'S MINT DESSERT 
1 lb. crushed Hydrox cookies
1 (7 oz.) pkg. butter mints, crushed
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped stiff
3 to 4 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Put 1/2 (or a little more) on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine whipped cream, butter, mints and marshmallows and spread on top of cookie mixture. Sprinkle balance of cookie mixture on top. Let stand in refrigerator (covered) overnight, very important as the mints dissolve during this time.
