MEXICAN MEAT PIE 
1 lg. pkg. corn tortillas
1 can ranch style beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, sliced thin
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Brown meat, onion and peppers. Add tomatoes and Ro-Tel tomatoes, salt and pepper. In loaf pan, make layers of corn tortillas, meat, beans and cheese. Makes second layer. On top spread chicken soup. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
