SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. sliced cheddar cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper

Step 1: Combine potatoes and onions in 2 quart casserole dish.

Step 2: Blend soup and milk; pour over potatoes. Cover top with thin cheese slices. Sprinkle with Parmesan, salt and pepper and 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional). Bake at 350-370 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
