Lettuce
6 hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp. grated or finely chopped onions
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise or just enough to coat lettuce

Cut up enough lettuce to fill bowl. Slice eggs and add to lettuce. Put in onion and vinegar. Put on enough mayonnaise to coat lettuce and toss.
