CRAWFISH FETTUCINI 
3 lbs. tails of fresh shrimp
3 sticks butter
3 onions
2 bell peppers
1 lb. jalapeno cheese
3 stalks celery
3 pods garlic, minced
4 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. flour
1 pt. half & half
1 lb. egg noodles

Saute onions, bell pepper, and celery in butter. Add parsley, garlic, and crawfish. Cook 10 minutes. Add flour, cream, and cheese. Simmer 30 minutes. Boil noodles and add to mixture. Pour into casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
