CRAWFISH FETTUCCINE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 lb. crawfish tails 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 med. onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped Salt and pepper 6 oz. fettucini noodles, cooked and drained 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Melt 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan. Stir in crawfish, soy sauce, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Saute until onions and garlic are wilted. Toss fettucini with 2 tablespoons butter and Parmesan cheese until nicely coated. To serve mound warm noodles on plate and spoon crawfish mixture over it. Serves 4. |
