FETTUCCINE IN CREAM SAUCE 
4 c. fettuccine
2 oz. low fat milk
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. fresh basil or parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese

Place milk, garlic, cottage cheese and basil or parsley in blender. Blend on high until creamy.

Cook pasta. Drain well and place in bowl. Toss with cream sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
