1 tbsp. butter
1 c. Karo, white
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips

Heat butter, syrup and sugar until melted and boiling. Boil 1 minute. Add peanut butter and cereal. Mix well and spread in 9 x 13 buttered pan. Press down firmly. Melt chips and mix together. Spread over bars.
