SPINACH BALLS 
3 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 eggs (beaten)
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (grated)
3/4 c. butter (melted)
1/4 tsp. thyme
dash of garlic salt
1 med. onion (chopped)

Prepare spinach according to package directions. Drain well. Combine remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1 hour. For into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
