BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
8 to 12 thinly sliced pork chops
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
2 c. water
1 c. catsup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes hot pepper sauce

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange chops in single layer in shallow baking dish. Cover each with lemon and onion slices. Bake 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in large saucepan and bring to boil over medium high heat. Pour over meat. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Continue baking, basting once or twice, until meat is done, about 30 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
