CRANBERRY-GINGER RELISH 
1 can (1 lb.) whole cranberry sauce
1 orange (pulp and peel), finely chopped
1/2 c. golden raisins
2 tbsp. finely chopped crystallized ginger

Stir together all ingredients. Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours. Makes 2 cups.

Accompaniment for poultry, ham and veal.
