RATTLESNAKE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1 c. corn oil (for a low fat alternative, substitute with 1 c. of applesauce)
1/4 c. Kalhua
1/4 c. Bailey's Irish Creme
1/4 c. creme de cocoa
1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients together for 4 minutes or until smooth. Pour batter into greased bundt pan. Then bake for 45 to 50 minutes until cake can be pricked with fork and fork comes out clean. Remove from pan when cool. Can be served plain or with powdered sugar sifted over top.
