1 box Duncan Hines Fudge Cake Mix

FILLING:

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk OR milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. cocoa

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Bake cake mix in 3 round layer pans. Cream together cream cheese, Cool Whip, 2 cups confectioners' sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread between cake layers. Mix remaining ingredients together for icing.
