STIR-FRIED CHICKEN AND SNOW PEAS 
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 lg. whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, and cut into bite-size strips
4 tsp. oil
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (7 oz. pkg. frozen snow peas, thawed

Blend together soy sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Mix in chicken and let stand 30 minutes. Pour oil into electric frying pan or Wok. Heat about 5 minutes, then add the marinated chicken, onions, mushrooms and snow peas. Saute about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until chicken is tender and vegetables are crisp. 4 servings. One serving = 250 calories.
