GOOD RHUBARB KUCHEN 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk

Mix dry ingredients, cut in the butter. Add egg and milk. Pat crust into jelly roll pan, then top with the following filling and bake.

FILLING:

3 c. rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. red Jello

STREUSEL:

1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

Sprinkle rhubarb on crust; over this sprinkle one package red Jello, then cover with streusel. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
