STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 c. drained berries

Dissolve Jello in water. Spoon in ice cream, stir until melted. Place in refrigerator until thickened, but not set (15 to 25 minutes). Fold in berries, turn into pie shells and chill until firm. Top with Cool Whip and berries.
