CANNONELLI 
3 c. chopped cooked leftover roast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. gravy from roast (maybe more)
1 box wide lasagne noodles
White Sauce

Cook noodles until done. Lay flat on a towel and cut each in half. Mix first 5 ingredients and a little gravy to hold it together. Place a spoon of filling on 1 end of each half noodle. Roll up. Put a little gravy in pan. Place the rolls in the pan. Put a little gravy on top. Put a little white sauce on top, then cheese on top.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Cook.
