SAUSAGE AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice mix 1 lb. ground sausage 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour 2 c. milk 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Cook rice. Brown sausage for 15 minutes; drain. Add meat to rice, slice and saute mushrooms in butter. Stir in flour, add milk slowly, cook, stirring until thick. Add Worcestershire sauce. Combine with rice-meat mixture, place in 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8. |
