ROLLED UP MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Pat mixture out on waxed paper into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Top with 6 to 8 thin slices of dried beef. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar or swiss cheese; top with small can of sliced mushrooms. Roll up carefully so meat looks like jelly roll. Place seam side down in pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add topping last 15 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
