CRUNCHY OVERNIGHT EGGS 
16 slices white bread
1/2 lb. ham
1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3 c. milk
Dash mustard
Salt and pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Grease 9x13 pan. Cut crust off bread slices. Layer 8 slices of bread in pan. Put a layer of meat next. Cover meat with cheese. Cover with remaining slices of bread. Beat eggs, milk, and seasoning and pour over bread in pan and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, let pan sit at room temperature for 1/2 hour. Place crushed corn flakes on top and pour melted butter over the top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
