CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 box white cake with pudding in mix
1/2 c. creme de menthe
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate fudge topping
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix cake as directed on package. Add 1/4 cup creme de menthe. Pour into 9x13 inch pan; bake as directed. Cool 5 minutes. Spread chocolate topping over cake. Cool. Mix Cool Whip with 1/4 cup creme de menthe. Spread over chocolate layer. Refrigerate 1-2 days; serve.
