CORN SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) c. Mexican corn
1 carton lg. curd cottage cheese
2-3 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 carton sour cream
1/2 c. jalapeno mustard

Mix first 4 ingredients together and set aside. Completely blend sour cream and mustard in separate bowl. Stir both together well, chill. Crush 1 1/2 cups Fritos and sprinkle over salad before serving.
