STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
4 lg. green bell peppers
1 lb. cooked ground beef
1 pkg. microwave rice, prepared
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Pepper to taste

Prepare peppers - remove stems and membranes. Wash and place in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and place in casserole dish.

Mix ground beef, rice, tomato sauce, corn and 1 cup of cheese in large bowl until well mixed. Spoon mixture into peppers. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
