GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. fresh green beans
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Clean beans and snip off ends; cut in half. In saucepan cook beans in small amount of water until crisp (about 10 minutes). Remove from pan and drain. In saucepan melt butter and stir in flour. Cook gently; remove from heat.

Stir in sugar, salt, onion, mustard, and sour cream. Fold in beans. Place in - quart casserole. Combine cheese and bread crumbs; sprinkle over beans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 4.
