FISH AND SOUR POTATOES 
Fish fillet
Lemon
Spices (optional)
Garlic, ground
1/2 c. tomato sauce
Vinegar
Potatoes

Fish: Clean fish and put in a cooking pan. Add garlic. Mix with salt and spices. Add dash of lemon. Marinate fish with above mixture. Leave it for 2 hours. Cook the fish with medium heat for 10 minutes. Cook for 10 minutes until the fish is done.

Sour Potatoes: Cut potatoes in circle pieces and wash. Add ground garlic and salt. Add vinegar and mix. Put little oil in a pan and add the above mixture into the pan. Cook on slow flame for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with salad.
