ORIENTAL COLESLAW 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. celery seed
1 sm. head red cabbage, shredded
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. chow mein noodles

Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, ginger and celery seed.

Add cabbage and onion. Refrigerate. Before serving, toss with chow mein noodles. Serves 10.
