SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE | |
1 c. raisins 1 c. thick sour cream 1 egg, well beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. water 1 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. flour Cover raisins with water and boil slowly until 1/2 cup juice remains. Then add sour cream, brown sugar, egg, flour, and vanilla. Bake with 2 crusts. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
