RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. rhubarb, cut in pieces
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (18 1/4 oz.) yellow cake mix
5 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. hot water

Place rhubarb in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Sprinkle sugar, dry Jello and dry cake mix over rhubarb. Drizzle the melted butter over cake. The hot water is last and is put over the ingredients to moisten dry places. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
