RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. rhubarb, in 1 inch pieces
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry or strawberry Jello
3/4 c. sugar
1 (18 oz.) yellow or white cake mix
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. cold water

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Arrange rhubarb pieces in bottom, sprinkle with dry Jello, sprinkle with sugar and then dry cake mix. Drizzle butter over the top, followed by cold water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Good warm or cold.
